Shan Dong Electronic Audio & Video Publishing House Co., Ltd, an affiliate of Shan Dong Publishing Group, was originally named the Audio & Video Publishing Dept. established in 1993. It was duly authorized to be Shan Dong Electronic Audio & Video Publishing House by GAPP in January 2000. Being a comprehensive electronic and audiovisual publishing unit, it possesses a number of professional planners, producers, editors and two sets of non-linear editing & one set of linear editing system. Besides the integrated equipment (digital video camera, VCR, camera crane, etc.), it also has professional studio and recording studio.
The organization is mainly divided into six divisions, which are the General Office, Financing Plan Department, Sales Department, Integrated Service Editorial Department, Xiangyu Software Development Center and Shandong Film Production Center. The Shandong Film Production Center is the first professional services group which integrates planning, shooting and publishing in Shandong Province. It dedicates to planning, shooting, producing, packing and publishing promotional video for the purpose of promoting city image, attracting investment, exhibiting distinctive culture, promoting corporate image and product advertising, etc. Meanwhile, it has created considerable social and economic benefits.
After years of efforts, our publishing house has achieved rapid development and releases new publications each year. Lots of the publications have received awards at the national level. "Splendent 50 Years Shandong", for example, has won the National Electronic&Audiovisual Publications Honorary Award. What's more, "The Devotion of Love" were successfully awarded the second Excellent Publication Special Prize of China.
In recent years, our press has made heavy investment to publish a set of anime audiovisual readings named "The Chinese Classical Education Readings". This publication is divided into 5 volumes and includes 20 books & 20 CDs. With the characteristic of authority, practicability and intuitive, this visual readings will certainly become the top choice for the juvenile readers.
